1. What are the delivery costs?

-Free delivery throughout Latvia via Omniva/DPD parcel terminals;

-Delivery price to the door: 5 EUR;

 

2. How soon will I receive the shipment?

Delivery is via Omniva/DPD parcel terminal or Omniva/DPD courier. Delivery takes 2-4 days from the moment of ordering.

 

3. Is the product under warranty?

Yes, all our RadiGleznu.lv kits have a statutory warranty against industrial defects.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by improper use, lack of care (broken brushes, frame or canvas), accidents, storage of equipment in unsuitable weather;

- Signs of natural wear and tear that occur after daily use.

5. Are the kits all for painting?

The set includes everything you need to start painting and create the selected design / painting.

Included in price:

  • Canvas with a frame (the canvas has the necessary scheme to paint by numbers);
  • Brackets for fixing the painting to the wall;
  • All the colors needed to paint the chosen design;
  • Three brushes for painting;
  • Instructions and sample page.

 

6. How did the company and the idea come about?

The time limit for Covid-19 had begun. There was a lot of free time and in the evenings I had to think about new entertainment and activities. We accidentally came across a video on the Internet where a celebrity talks about such a new hobby that has fascinated him. We ordered and bought one for trial. It captivated me right away - after unpacking. We have never given up drawing or painting, but this set helped me feel like an artist. We could not stop and realized that such an idea and product must be shared with others. We started giving gifts to relatives and friends and after receiving great feedback, we realized that such kits should be offered to the whole of Latvia.
